Horse of War

I can hear your cries through the misty rain,

I can see your face I can feel your pain,

In a castle high on a rocky hill,

Is where you’ll die unless I kill…

A dragon great in a forest deep,

A creature from Perdition dark,

I’ll slay and thus my promise keep,

Now on this Horse of War embark.

Imprisoned wiccan Lady mine,

Hair of gold and lips of wine,

On a Horse of War I ride,

To bring you once more to my side.

Fire breathing beast of death,

By slash of Saxon steel you’ll die,

I swear upon my dying breath,

To hear your blood-choked final cry.

On a Horse of War I ride,

To smote you in your forest lair,

Then lay your smitten head before

My mystic queen with golden hair…
